Barry McIntosh, CPA, CGMA
President
Barry McIntosh, CPA, CGMA has over 20 years of accounting and
tax experience. Mr. McIntosh is a graduate of Georgia State
University in Atlanta, GA. He spent 15 years with the
Covington (GA) Police Department with five of those years as
a financial and fraud investigator. He worked closely with
the IRS, Department of Revenue, DEA and FBI to help prosecute
financial crimes in the East Metro Atlanta area. Mr. McIntosh
received his Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA)
credential in 2012.
Since 1998, Mr. McIntosh has been practicing public
accounting in Covington, GA. He is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the
Georgia Society of CPAs tax sections. He also serves on the
Newton County Chamber of Commerce's Small Business
Development and Local Government Affairs committees. Mr.
McIntosh serves on the Accounting Education Advisory Board at
Piedmont Technical College and is a
former adjunct instructor at the College teaching
financial accounting, tax and management accounting.

Krissi McIntosh - Office
Manager
Krissi has 19 years of experience in accounting and
bookkeeping, with 8 years of tax work experience.
Mrs. McIntosh has been employed as the office
manager since February 2004. She performs bookkeeping
and financial statement preparation for various closely held
businesses. She is a registered tax return preparer with the
Internal Revenue Service. She has a Paralegal
Certificate from the University of Georgia, and she is a
full time student with 16 months remaining in
completing her bachelor's degree in accounting.
